### sec.99A Corporation may be taken to be driver of vehicle
This section applies if the registered operator of the vehicle—
is a corporation; and
fails to give the toll road operator all the help, under section 99 (3) (b) (ii) , the registered operator can reasonably give to enable the toll road operator to establish the name and address of the driver of the vehicle.
The registered operator of the vehicle is taken to be the driver of the vehicle for sections 94 and 98 .

(sec.99A-ssec.1) This section applies if the registered operator of the vehicle— is a corporation; and fails to give the toll road operator all the help, under section 99 (3) (b) (ii) , the registered operator can reasonably give to enable the toll road operator to establish the name and address of the driver of the vehicle.
(sec.99A-ssec.2) The registered operator of the vehicle is taken to be the driver of the vehicle for sections 94 and 98 .
- (a) is a corporation; and
- (b) fails to give the toll road operator all the help, under section 99 (3) (b) (ii) , the registered operator can reasonably give to enable the toll road operator to establish the name and address of the driver of the vehicle.
