### sec.89 Rateability of land
In this section—
road franchise agreement land means land on which is situated road transport infrastructure to which a road franchise agreement applies.
A regulation may provide that road franchise agreement land is not rateable under the Local Government Act 2009 or the City of Brisbane Act 2010 .

(sec.89-ssec.1) In this section— road franchise agreement land means land on which is situated road transport infrastructure to which a road franchise agreement applies.
(sec.89-ssec.2) A regulation may provide that road franchise agreement land is not rateable under the Local Government Act 2009 or the City of Brisbane Act 2010 .
