### sec.80 Specification of chief executive’s requirements about public utility plant
The construction, augmentation, alteration or maintenance of public utility plant on a State-controlled road must be undertaken in accordance with the chief executive’s requirements and at the expense of the owner of the plant.
Road works on a State-controlled road made necessary by the construction, augmentation, alteration or maintenance of public utility plant on a State-controlled road must be undertaken in accordance with the chief executive’s requirements and at the expense of the owner of the plant.
Requirements mentioned in subsection (1) or (2) are to be notified in writing to the owner of the plant within a reasonable period.
