### sec.585 References to Brisbane port railway land This section applies to a reference in a document made before the commencement to Brisbane port railway land if the document defines, or in effect defines, the term ‘Brisbane port railway land’ as having the meaning given in this Act. The reference may, if the context permits, be taken as a reference to Brisbane port railway land as defined in former section 283I . s 585 ins 2016 No. 27 s 599 (sec.585-ssec.1) This section applies to a reference in a document made before the commencement to Brisbane port railway land if the document defines, or in effect defines, the term ‘Brisbane port railway land’ as having the meaning given in this Act.
