### sec.576 Information to be provided about preserved train paths
A railway manager must, within the period mentioned in subsection (2) , give the chief executive a written notice identifying, in a way acceptable to the chief executive, the preserved train paths relating to the railway manager’s railway.
For subsection (1) , the period is—
3 months after the commencement of this section; or
a longer period agreed to by the railway manager and the chief executive.
In this section—
preserved train path see section 266A .

(sec.576-ssec.1) A railway manager must, within the period mentioned in subsection (2) , give the chief executive a written notice identifying, in a way acceptable to the chief executive, the preserved train paths relating to the railway manager’s railway.
(sec.576-ssec.2) For subsection (1) , the period is— 3 months after the commencement of this section; or a longer period agreed to by the railway manager and the chief executive.
(sec.576-ssec.3) In this section— preserved train path see section 266A .

- (b) a longer period agreed to by the railway manager and the chief executive.
