### sec.548 Declaration about sch 4 easements This section applies to the transfers of schedule 4 easements from QR Limited to the State of Queensland executed on 29 August 2008. For the Land Title Act 1994 , section 62, the transfers are taken to have been registered on 1 September 2008. In this section— schedule 4 easement means an easement mentioned in schedule 4 . s 548 ins 2008 No. 67 s 146 (sec.548-ssec.1) This section applies to the transfers of schedule 4 easements from QR Limited to the State of Queensland executed on 29 August 2008.
