### sec.518 Transitional—ancillary works and encroachments A reference in a gazette notice to an approval or contract under section 50 , published, given or made before the commencement of this section, is taken to be a reference to road access works. Anything that, immediately before the commencement of this section was a means of access constructed, maintained or operated under an approval, requirements or a contract under section 50 , is taken from the commencement, for sections 72 to 74 , to be road access works relating to a permitted road access location under a decision under section 62 (1) . s 518 ins 2000 No. 6 s 33 (sec.518-ssec.1) A reference in a gazette notice to an approval or contract under section 50 , published, given or made before the commencement of this section, is taken to be a reference to road access works.
