### sec.51 Presumptions about advertising notices This section applies to a prosecution for an offence against section 50 (2) in relation to an advertising notice. Each person whose product or service is advertised on the notice is taken to maintain the notice, unless the person proves the advertisement was placed without the person’s knowledge or permission. s 51 ins 1995 No. 9 s 92 sch 1 amd 2019 No. 25 s 68 (sec.51-ssec.1) This section applies to a prosecution for an offence against section 50 (2) in relation to an advertising notice.
