### sec.475E When authorised person ceases to hold office
An authorised person ceases to hold office if any of the following happens—
the term of office stated in a condition of office ends;
the person ceases to hold office under another condition of office;
the person’s resignation under section 475F takes effect.
Subsection (1) does not limit the ways an authorised person may cease to hold office.
In this section—
condition of office means a condition on which the person holds office.

(sec.475E-ssec.1) An authorised person ceases to hold office if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; the person ceases to hold office under another condition of office; the person’s resignation under section 475F takes effect.
(sec.475E-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not limit the ways an authorised person may cease to hold office.
(sec.475E-ssec.3) In this section— condition of office means a condition on which the person holds office.
