### sec.475C Issue of identity card to each authorised person
The chief executive or Gold Coast Waterways Authority must issue an identity card to each authorised person.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photo of the person; and
contain a copy of the person’s signature; and
identify the person as an authorised person under this Act for a waterway management regulation; and
state an expiry date for the card.
This section does not prevent the issuing of a single identity card to a person for a waterway management regulation and other purposes.

(sec.475C-ssec.1) The chief executive or Gold Coast Waterways Authority must issue an identity card to each authorised person.
(sec.475C-ssec.2) The identity card must— contain a recent photo of the person; and contain a copy of the person’s signature; and identify the person as an authorised person under this Act for a waterway management regulation; and state an expiry date for the card.
(sec.475C-ssec.3) This section does not prevent the issuing of a single identity card to a person for a waterway management regulation and other purposes.

- (c) identify the person as an authorised person under this Act for a waterway management regulation; and
- (d) state an expiry date for the card.
