### sec.47 Removal of materials etc.
A person must not, without lawful excuse, damage, remove or interfere with naturally occurring materials, stockpiles of materials, watercourses, road works or ancillary works and encroachments on a State-controlled road.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
A person must not deposit rubbish or abandon goods or materials on a State-controlled road other than at places approved by, and under conditions fixed by, the chief executive.
