### sec.469 Regulation prevails over action taken by a manager under this part If there is any inconsistency between a regulation and action taken under this part by a manager, the regulation prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. A regulation about the management of public marine facilities prevails over a local law made for the purposes of this part to the extent they are inconsistent.
