### sec.453 Forfeiture if conviction relates to dangerous goods
This section applies if a person is convicted of a dangerous goods offence.
The court before which the person is convicted may order the dangerous goods or their packaging, or other things used to commit the offence, be forfeited to the State.
Subsection (1) does not limit the court’s power to make any other order on the conviction including an order under section 455 .
