### sec.438B Matters relating to relevant interests in shares For this part, a person has a relevant interest in a share only if the person would be taken to have a relevant interest in the share because of the Corporations Act , sections 608 and 609 . For this part, the voting power a person, including QR National, has in QR National is the person’s voting power determined in accordance with the Corporations Act , section 610 as if a reference in that section to a relevant interest were a reference to a relevant interest mentioned in subsection (1) .
