### sec.436 Chief executive may grant interests in land
The chief executive may, for the State, grant or dispose of an interest in required land used, or proposed to be used, for miscellaneous transport infrastructure to—
a licensee; or
someone else authorised under another Act to construct, maintain, use or operate miscellaneous transport infrastructure.
a licence or right to use or occupy required land
The chief executive may grant the interest on conditions, including, for example, a condition that the interest ends if the person ceases to be a person entitled to be granted the interest.
This section has effect despite the Acquisition of Land Act 1967 .
