### sec.432 Compensation to responsible entity from licensee This section applies if— a licensee constructs, maintains, uses or operates miscellaneous transport infrastructure across, over or under an intersecting area; and a responsible entity for the area incurs a cost, damage, liability or loss because of the existence, construction, maintenance, use or operation of the infrastructure. The licensee must pay the entity the amount of the cost, damage, loss or liability. The entity may claim the amount in a proceeding in a court with jurisdiction for the amount claimed. s 432 ins 1998 No. 43 s 18 (sec.432-ssec.1) This section applies if— a licensee constructs, maintains, uses or operates miscellaneous transport infrastructure across, over or under an intersecting area; and a responsible entity for the area incurs a cost, damage, liability or loss because of the existence, construction, maintenance, use or operation of the infrastructure.
