### sec.430 Effect of arbitrator’s decisions
An arbitrator’s decision under this division is final.
The entity and the applicant may not apply for review of, or appeal against, the decision.
The approval conditions decided by the arbitrator are, other than for section 424 and this division, taken to be the approval conditions imposed by the responsible entity.

(sec.430-ssec.1) An arbitrator’s decision under this division is final.
