### sec.428 Arbitrator’s powers
In resolving the dispute, the arbitrator may—
confirm the approval conditions imposed by the responsible entity; or
amend the conditions; or
set aside the conditions and substitute other conditions.
The arbitrator may exercise the powers of an arbitrator under the Commercial Arbitration Act 2013 .

(sec.428-ssec.1) In resolving the dispute, the arbitrator may— confirm the approval conditions imposed by the responsible entity; or amend the conditions; or set aside the conditions and substitute other conditions.
