### sec.424 Notice of approval conditions If a responsible entity imposes approval conditions, it must give the applicant for the approval written notice within 14 days after imposing the conditions stating— the conditions; and that the applicant may appeal against the conditions to an arbitrator; and that an appeal may be started by giving the entity a written notice of dispute within 20 business days after receiving the notice of the conditions. s 424 ins 1998 No. 43 s 18 - (a) the conditions; and - (b) that the applicant may appeal against the conditions to an arbitrator; and - (c) that an appeal may be started by giving the entity a written notice of dispute within 20 business days after receiving the notice of the conditions.
