### sec.419 Purpose and scope of div 3 The purpose of this division is to provide a mechanism for a licensee to obtain an approval from a responsible entity for an intersecting area. However, this division does not apply to an approval if the approval is required under another Act. This division applies only for ensuring miscellaneous transport infrastructure can be constructed, maintained, used or operated across, over or under the area. s 419 ins 1998 No. 43 s 18 (sec.419-ssec.1) The purpose of this division is to provide a mechanism for a licensee to obtain an approval from a responsible entity for an intersecting area.
