### sec.377H Guarantees and undertakings For giving guarantees or undertakings to a franchisee, the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 sections 14 , 16 , 18 , 19 and 20 and part 3 , division 3 apply, with all necessary changes and any changes prescribed under a regulation, to the franchisee as if the franchisee were a statutory body within the meaning of that Act.
