### sec.370 Chief executive may require public utility provider to alter position of public utility plant
The chief executive may require a public utility provider to alter the position of the provider’s public utility plant on light rail land if the chief executive considers that the plant will interfere with the exercise of the chief executive’s powers for the light rail land.
The chief executive is responsible only for the cost of altering the position of the public utility plant.

(sec.370-ssec.1) The chief executive may require a public utility provider to alter the position of the provider’s public utility plant on light rail land if the chief executive considers that the plant will interfere with the exercise of the chief executive’s powers for the light rail land.
