### sec.340 Requiring authorisation conditions to be complied with
This section applies if the chief executive reasonably believes an authorised busway user has not complied with a condition of the authorised busway user’s authorisation.
The chief executive may, by written notice, require the authorised busway user to remedy the breach within a reasonable period stated in the notice.
If the authorised busway user has not complied with the condition, the authorised busway user must comply with the notice.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —40 penalty units.

(sec.340-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive reasonably believes an authorised busway user has not complied with a condition of the authorised busway user’s authorisation.
