### sec.304 Development of busway and busway transport infrastructure This section applies to the establishment of a busway, including any investigating, planning, maintaining, managing, operating, and arranging for the busway or for busway transport infrastructure for the busway. Nothing in this chapter is intended to affect the operation of the Planning Act to the extent that the establishment of the busway is development under that Act. s 304 ins 2000 No. 40 s 13 amd 2009 No. 36 s 872 sch 2 ; 2010 No. 19 s 281 sch (sec.304-ssec.1) This section applies to the establishment of a busway, including any investigating, planning, maintaining, managing, operating, and arranging for the busway or for busway transport infrastructure for the busway. (sec.304-ssec.2) Nothing in this chapter is intended to affect the operation of the Planning Act to the extent that the establishment of the busway is development under that Act.
