### sec.289U Entry into service provider register If section 289T applies— as soon as practicable after an entity other than the port lessor becomes a port operator, the entity must give the regulator any information requested by the regulator for the purpose of registration as a service provider; and the regulator must— register the entity in the service provider register as a service provider for the relevant services; and give the entity notice of the registration; and the Water Supply Act , sections 21 and 22 do not apply to the registration.
