### sec.289G Internal review of decisions
A person whose interests are affected by a decision mentioned in section 289F (1) (the original decision ) may ask the port authority to review the decision.
The Transport Planning and Coordination Act 1994 , part 5 , division 2 —
applies to the review as if a reference in the division to the chief executive were a reference to the port authority that made the decision; and
provides—
for the procedure for applying for the review and the way it is to be carried out; and
that the person may apply to QCAT to have the original decision stayed.
