### sec.283ZZL Definitions for div 6 In this division— Minister means the Minister administering the Land Act . port land means land that is, or is needed as, Brisbane core port land. port lease means a lease held under the Land Act by— the Port of Brisbane Corporation; or a subsidiary of the Port of Brisbane Corporation; or the port lessor. s 283ZZL ins 2010 No. 19 s 113 - (a) the Port of Brisbane Corporation; or - (b) a subsidiary of the Port of Brisbane Corporation; or - (c) the port lessor.
