### sec.283ZZG Brisbane port LUP does not affect existing development approval This section applies if— a development approval is in effect for premises on Brisbane core port land; and after the approval is given, the Brisbane port LUP is replaced or amended. To the extent the development approval has not lapsed, the replacement or amended Brisbane port LUP does not stop or additionally regulate the development to which the approval relates, or otherwise affect the approval. s 283ZZG ins 2010 No. 19 s 113 (sec.283ZZG-ssec.1) This section applies if— a development approval is in effect for premises on Brisbane core port land; and after the approval is given, the Brisbane port LUP is replaced or amended.
