### sec.283ZZA Particular provisions of Planning Act do not apply in relation to Brisbane core port land
The Planning Act , section 263 does not apply in relation to Brisbane core port land.
A person is not entitled to claim compensation under the Planning Act , chapter 2 , part 4 , division 2 , or any other law in relation to a change to the Brisbane port LUP affecting the person’s interest in any Brisbane core port land.
