### sec.283ZI Recording matters about Brisbane port LUP
The Brisbane City Council must ensure there is a record—
on each relevant map in its planning scheme identifying the land to which the Brisbane port LUP applies; and
in the planning scheme stating that interested persons may obtain details of the Brisbane port LUP from the port operator.
A record made under subsection (1) is not an amendment of the planning scheme.
