### sec.283ZC Consideration of draft plan and submissions
On receiving a copy of a draft plan, the planning Minister and the transport Minister must consider whether or not any State interests would be adversely affected by the draft plan.
Also, before approving a draft plan or recommending approval of a draft plan to the Governor in Council under this subdivision, the planning Minister and the transport Minister must consider all properly made submissions.
