### sec.283H Interfering with port notices
This section applies to a port notice, other than a port notice published on a port authority’s, port lessor’s or port lessor’s delegate’s web site on the internet.
A person must not unlawfully interfere with the port notice.
Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
In this section—
interfere , with a port notice, includes removing or damaging the port notice.
