### sec.282M Issue of identity card
The port authority or port lessor must issue an identity card to each authorised officer.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photo of the authorised officer; and
contain a copy of the authorised officer’s signature; and
identify the person as an authorised officer for the port authority or port lessor under this Act; and
state an expiry date for the card.

(sec.282M-ssec.1) The port authority or port lessor must issue an identity card to each authorised officer.
(sec.282M-ssec.2) The identity card must— contain a recent photo of the authorised officer; and contain a copy of the authorised officer’s signature; and identify the person as an authorised officer for the port authority or port lessor under this Act; and state an expiry date for the card.
