### sec.282AA Port lessor may give port notice requiring information The port lessor may display or publish a port notice requiring a person or class of persons to produce to the port lessor or port lessor’s delegate, information relevant to the following— the provision or use of port services; the calculation of charges; the provision, use or preservation of port facilities; the management, operation, safety, security or efficiency of the port; information requested by a Commonwealth or State entity.
