### sec.163 Entering land for railway works etc.
For railway works, the chief executive or an accredited person may enter someone else’s land and carry out the works.
For accommodation works that are necessary or convenient to be done as a result of railway works, the chief executive, or someone authorised in writing by the chief executive, may temporarily occupy and use land, including roads, to carry out the works.
