### sec.105ZQ Applications for particular decisions This section applies to— an application for an approval mentioned in section 33 (1) or 50 (2) (a) ; or an application for a decision under section 62 (1) . The application must be made in the approved form and in the way stated on the approved form. by post or fax or electronically using an online system provided for the purpose and accessible on, or through, the department’s website Subsection (2) does not apply to an application that, under section 62A (2) , is taken to also be an application for a decision under section 62 (1) . s 105ZQ ins 2019 No. 25 s 70 (sec.105ZQ-ssec.1) This section applies to— an application for an approval mentioned in section 33 (1) or 50 (2) (a) ; or an application for a decision under section 62 (1) .
