### sec.105ZI Corporation may be taken to be driver of vehicle This section applies if the registered operator of the vehicle— is a corporation; and fails to give the local government tollway operator all the help, under section 105ZH (3) (b) (ii) , the registered operator can reasonably give to enable the local government tollway operator to establish the name and address of the driver of the vehicle. The registered operator of the vehicle is taken to be the driver of the vehicle for sections 105ZC and 105ZG . s 105ZI ins 2005 No. 67 s 32 amd 2018 No. 3 s 40 (sec.105ZI-ssec.1) This section applies if the registered operator of the vehicle— is a corporation; and fails to give the local government tollway operator all the help, under section 105ZH (3) (b) (ii) , the registered operator can reasonably give to enable the local government tollway operator to establish the name and address of the driver of the vehicle. (sec.105ZI-ssec.2) The registered operator of the vehicle is taken to be the driver of the vehicle for sections 105ZC and 105ZG . - (a) is a corporation; and - (b) fails to give the local government tollway operator all the help, under section 105ZH (3) (b) (ii) , the registered operator can reasonably give to enable the local government tollway operator to establish the name and address of the driver of the vehicle.
