### sec.105ZF Definitions for sdiv 3 In this subdivision— deferred toll amount means the total of the following amounts for any local government tollway— the amount of the toll for which the driver’s liability was not satisfied under section 105ZC (4) ; the amount of the image processing fee for the toll. s 105ZF def deferred toll amount amd 2006 No. 21 s 126 ; 2018 No. 3 s 37 online nomination facility means an electronic system operated by the local government tollway operator that is designed to— be accessed by— the registered operator of a vehicle who is given a notice under section 105ZH ; or a person who is given a notice under section 105ZK ; and allow the registered operator or person to give the local government tollway operator the information mentioned in section 105ZH (3) (b) or 105ZK (3) (b) ; and allow a record of the information given to be downloaded or printed by the registered operator or person. s 105ZF def online nomination facility ins 2024 No. 2 s 24 s 105ZF ins 2005 No. 67 s 32 amd 2024 No. 2 s 24 - (a) the amount of the toll for which the driver’s liability was not satisfied under section 105ZC (4) ; - (b) the amount of the image processing fee for the toll. - (a) be accessed by— (i) the registered operator of a vehicle who is given a notice under section 105ZH ; or (ii) a person who is given a notice under section 105ZK ; and - (i) the registered operator of a vehicle who is given a notice under section 105ZH ; or - (ii) a person who is given a notice under section 105ZK ; and - (b) allow the registered operator or person to give the local government tollway operator the information mentioned in section 105ZH (3) (b) or 105ZK (3) (b) ; and - (c) allow a record of the information given to be downloaded or printed by the registered operator or person. - (i) the registered operator of a vehicle who is given a notice under section 105ZH ; or - (ii) a person who is given a notice under section 105ZK ; and
