### sec.105T Liability for damage caused by failure to comply with request for information
This section applies if—
a local government causes damage to public utility plant located on local government tollway corridor land; and
before the damage was caused, the local government had asked for information as mentioned in section 105S (2) from the public utility provider owning the public utility plant; and
the public utility provider had not, within a reasonable time, complied with the request; and
the damage was caused because of the failure to comply with the request.
Unless the local government otherwise agrees, the local government is not liable for the damage.

(sec.105T-ssec.1) This section applies if— a local government causes damage to public utility plant located on local government tollway corridor land; and before the damage was caused, the local government had asked for information as mentioned in section 105S (2) from the public utility provider owning the public utility plant; and the public utility provider had not, within a reasonable time, complied with the request; and the damage was caused because of the failure to comply with the request.
(sec.105T-ssec.2) Unless the local government otherwise agrees, the local government is not liable for the damage.

- (b) before the damage was caused, the local government had asked for information as mentioned in section 105S (2) from the public utility provider owning the public utility plant; and
- (c) the public utility provider had not, within a reasonable time, complied with the request; and
- (d) the damage was caused because of the failure to comply with the request.
