### sec.105R Local government may require public utility provider to change position of public utility plant
A local government may require a public utility provider to change the position of the public utility provider’s public utility plant on local government tollway corridor land if the local government considers that the public utility plant will interfere with the exercise of the local government’s powers for the local government tollway corridor land.
The local government is responsible only for the cost of changing the position of the public utility plant.

(sec.105R-ssec.1) A local government may require a public utility provider to change the position of the public utility provider’s public utility plant on local government tollway corridor land if the local government considers that the public utility plant will interfere with the exercise of the local government’s powers for the local government tollway corridor land.
(sec.105R-ssec.2) The local government is responsible only for the cost of changing the position of the public utility plant.
