### sec.105P Public utility provider to consult with local government before replacing public utility plant
This section applies if a public utility provider proposes to replace the whole or a substantial proportion of its public utility plant on local government tollway corridor land.
The public utility provider must, before seeking written agreement under section 105N , consult with the local government.
The object of the consultation is to identify mutually beneficial arrangements for the replacement of the public utility plant, having regard to existing development plans for the local government tollway corridor land.

(sec.105P-ssec.1) This section applies if a public utility provider proposes to replace the whole or a substantial proportion of its public utility plant on local government tollway corridor land.
(sec.105P-ssec.2) The public utility provider must, before seeking written agreement under section 105N , consult with the local government.
