### sec.105E Minister may amend approval This section applies if the Minister is reasonably satisfied there is a material change of a type mentioned in section 105ZOA to an approved tollway project. The Minister may, at any time during the currency of the approval for the approved tollway project, amend the approval by written notice given to the local government. The Minister may amend the approval by— imposing a condition on the approval; or amending a condition on the approval; or removing a condition on the approval. For subsection (2) , the Minister may amend the approval— because of a notice given under section 105ZOA of a material change; or on the Minister’s own initiative.
