### sec.105A Objectives of pt 8
The objectives of this part are—
to provide a framework for the management and operation of local government tollway corridor land; and
to ensure transport infrastructure on local government tollway corridor land is—
developed as an integrated and affordable transport system consistent with public transport infrastructure and the existing road network; and
integrated with the objectives of land use planning; and
provided in a coordinated and efficient way with an acceptable level of community access; and
responsive to community needs and the challenges of further growth; and
financially viable.

- (a) to provide a framework for the management and operation of local government tollway corridor land; and
- (b) to ensure transport infrastructure on local government tollway corridor land is— (i) developed as an integrated and affordable transport system consistent with public transport infrastructure and the existing road network; and (ii) integrated with the objectives of land use planning; and (iii) provided in a coordinated and efficient way with an acceptable level of community access; and (iv) responsive to community needs and the challenges of further growth; and (v) financially viable.
