### sec.92 Additional requirement if dwelling situated on land
This section applies if—
a lessor proposes to grant a home ownership lease; and
a dwelling is situated on the lease land.
The lessor must give the housing chief executive notice of the lessor’s intention to grant the lease.
Within 28 days after receiving the notice, the housing chief executive must give the lessor a notice stating whether or not the dwelling is a social housing dwelling.
The lessor must not grant the lease before receiving the notice under subsection (3) .
This section and section 93 do not limit section 91 .

(sec.92-ssec.1) This section applies if— a lessor proposes to grant a home ownership lease; and a dwelling is situated on the lease land.
(sec.92-ssec.2) The lessor must give the housing chief executive notice of the lessor’s intention to grant the lease.
(sec.92-ssec.3) Within 28 days after receiving the notice, the housing chief executive must give the lessor a notice stating whether or not the dwelling is a social housing dwelling.

(sec.92-ssec.5) This section and section 93 do not limit section 91 .
