### sec.90 Lease etc. to be registered The lessee of a part 8 lease must register the lease and an amendment, surrender or transfer of the lease. Despite the Land Title Act , section 65 (2) , an instrument of lease for Torres Strait Islander land must include a plan of survey identifying the lease land.
