### sec.88 Option to renew particular lease
A part 8 lease granted under section 85 (1) or 86 (1) may include an option to renew the lease.
The term of the renewed lease must not be more than the initial term of the lease.

(sec.88-ssec.1) A part 8 lease granted under section 85 (1) or 86 (1) may include an option to renew the lease.
