### sec.81 Trustee to advise chief executive of change to description of land
If a trustee deals with Torres Strait Islander land held by the trustee in a way that changes the description of the land as shown in the freehold land register, the trustee must as soon as practicable after the dealing happens give the chief executive notice of the change.
