### sec.52 Giving information for register to the chief executive
Each entity, other than a land trust, that holds Torres Strait Islander land must—
as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, give to the chief executive the information mentioned in section 51 (2) for the entity; and
as soon as practicable after any of the information changes—give the chief executive a notice of the change.
A land trust must give to the chief executive all the information the chief executive reasonably requires to ensure the information in the register about the land trust is accurate.

(sec.52-ssec.1) Each entity, other than a land trust, that holds Torres Strait Islander land must— as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, give to the chief executive the information mentioned in section 51 (2) for the entity; and as soon as practicable after any of the information changes—give the chief executive a notice of the change.
(sec.52-ssec.2) A land trust must give to the chief executive all the information the chief executive reasonably requires to ensure the information in the register about the land trust is accurate.
- (a) as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, give to the chief executive the information mentioned in section 51 (2) for the entity; and
- (b) as soon as practicable after any of the information changes—give the chief executive a notice of the change.
