### sec.49 Resource reservations under other Acts A deed of grant of transferred land must contain the reservations to the State taken to be contained in the grant under the following— the Geothermal Energy Act 2010 , section 29 the Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2009 , section 28 the Mineral Resources Act 1989 , section 8 the Petroleum Act 1923 , section 10 the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 , section 27 . s 49 sub 2010 No. 31 s 576 - • the Geothermal Energy Act 2010 , section 29 - • the Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2009 , section 28 - • the Mineral Resources Act 1989 , section 8 - • the Petroleum Act 1923 , section 10 - • the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 , section 27 .
