### sec.31 Expression of interest in having land made transferable land Torres Strait Islanders particularly concerned with land mentioned in section 30 may, by notice given to the chief executive (an expression of interest ), express an interest in having the land made transferable land. The expression of interest must— be in the approved form; and include the details required in the approved form to enable the chief executive to properly consider the expression of interest. s 31 ins 2011 No. 26 s 150 (sec.31-ssec.1) Torres Strait Islanders particularly concerned with land mentioned in section 30 may, by notice given to the chief executive (an expression of interest ), express an interest in having the land made transferable land.
